WHO WE ARE
Public Health Information, Surveillance Solutions, and Systems (PHIS3) is an APIN project devoted to designing and harnessing innovations in advanced analytics and technologies to provide reliable, accurate data to aid decision making, plan sustainable programs and develop public policies that reach, and benefit underserved populations.
By consistently adapting to evolving and emerging trends in public health, information management and research, we are able to provide quality services that are responsive to the ever-changing needs of our clientele.
WHAT WE DO
At PHIS3, we build, we track, we analyze.
We support the country to strengthen existing informatics governance structures, policies and guidelines for implementing HIS.
PHIS3 utilizes advanced statistical, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to achieve 95-95-95 targets.
PHIS3 monitors performance using PEPFAR and non-PEPFAR indicators, reporting on MER indicators for PEPFAR-supported national program.
We collaborate with Nigeria’s government, CDC, and IPs to harmonize quality improvement instruments.
