The completeness and accuracy of data in HIV program in Nigeria has been suboptimal and has posed a barrier to strengthening service delivery. To better manage HIV data, there is need to align all electronic medical record systems (EMRs) with national tools, ensuring seamless integration and improved data management.

From July 3, 2023 to July 6, 2023 National AIDS and STIs Control Programme (NASCP) in collaboration with PEPFAR, AHF, PHIS3 and Implementing partners, conducted an EMR-National Tools Alignment and Data Quality Review Meeting. The meeting was aimed at reviewing EMR-GoN forms completeness and flow, compare EMR-NDR for completeness and data availability as well as review and update the NDR data dictionary for logic checks and Validations.
